Siempre Ventures is a venture debt fund uniquely positioned with Most Favored Nation (MFN) status through our Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) designation. This status provides preferred access to U.S. government and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, allowing our portfolio companies to operate under advantaged procurement terms. We provide venture debt exclusively to companies with approved U.S. government contracts, ensuring our capital is deployed only against verified federal demand.

We do not fund speculative or pre-revenue ventures. Our model is focused solely on post-award execution—bridging the gap between contract approval and performance. In select cases, we include equity or warrant participation to align long-term value creation with contract success. Siempre also operates a defense-aligned accelerator program, building a strong pipeline of companies ready for government procurement and strategic scaling.
